Ketan Gajjar (IRS - CSE 14)

I don't consider IAS, IPS, IRS as above or below posts. Each service has its own role. One's personality is reflected in service selection. Choosing IPS, IIS according to one's personal personality. I myself gave more importance to IRS than IPS. It is more suitable to my personality.

Ishani Pandya (ICLS - CSE 15)

UPSC is an attractive destination, but the journey for it was more important. There was more interest in the quriocity how things are practically done in the subjects studied. For example monsoon is a common process. But it was understood during the study that why Indian monsoon is so complicated. Until then it was the same idea that monsoon can be easily predicted in the rest of the country.

Utsav Parmar (IIS - CSE 15)

One does not climb to the top by following someone. Everyone has their own Everest. Honor your intelligence. Yes reading is very useful. Along with developing sensitivity, learn to delve deeper into the subject from those who have mastered it. by the people, for the people. Reading does the work of keeping the light-sense within oneself hydrated.

Safin Hasan (IPS - CSE 18)

I am very satisfied with what UPSC did, Work for the Nation, Work for the People. In my interview, the chairman told me that Safin you know about everything, there is a topic or subject which you do not know. Then I said that there is no latest information in sports. Then he said surely you must know that too.

Hiren Barot (IAS - CSE 22)

Essay and Ethics play a critical role for Mains, so focus on it is essential. Daily answer writing practice is also very important. Choice of Essay also plays an important role, so think for 5 minutes before writing the essay, otherwise you may stop writing further on that topic.

In this seminar, time was also allotted to the students to answer questions with the officials. In this seminar which lasted for more than 3 hours, the students preparing for UPSC got solutions to their questions related to UPSC. Every Chief Guest (IAS, IPS) present at Career's Carnival Talk 2023 boosted the morale of the students.
